The HELIX 3600 is a versatile fast machine that incorporates proven technology to ensure many years of
service.
New technology includes a PLC controlled electric main drive which ensures a smooth acceleration and
virtually noiseless operation. The HELIX 3600 comes equipped with the revolutionary Patented Flying Slitter.
The
Flying Slitter cuts spiral tubes to length without gas, noise, fumes and sparks without the need for ventilation. The slitting
method of cutting dramatically increases the output by increased cutting speed.

The Helix 3600 with automatic run-off table was developed to ensure maximum return on your investment. The
main machine, cabinet, and decoiler are made of welded steel. Special steel alloys are used for various parts. Each roller
is made from high-grade steel, hardened and tempered to SPIRAL-HELIX specifications. The forming heads are aluminiun, for
easy handling. The rugged, portable, compact design allows HELIX machines to be transported to a job site.
On
the job, SPIRAL-HELIX innovations mean higher production rates, quicker changeovers, and lower inventory requirements. Customers

Our HELIX 300 double drive can produce duct with the largest dimensions.

tubeformers have a flying slitter (invented and patented by SPIRAL-HELIX), vertical decoiler, forming heads, form roll units,
